Frequently asked questions
What if an item arrives damaged or I need to return/replace?
Damaged Items:
In order to file the proper claims with the shipping service I do require that a photo of the damaged item and the box (packaging) be sent to me within 3 days of delivery. Once I receive this and concur with the damage I will get a replacement product sent out to you right away. Please be aware the shirts come in bags, DO NOT CUT OPEN. All shirts are inspected thoroughly before shipping for any defects and damage. If you damage your shirt when opening the package it will not be replaced.
Return/Replacements:
We do not accept returns or replacements so please order correctly. Sizing for clothing is shown in the listing. If you have questions on measuring for the correct size please let me know.
What if there was a mistake with the personalization?
If the mistake was an error on the part of the shop than a photo needs to be sent via Etsy messaging and a replacement will be sent along with a return label for you to send the item with the mistake back. All items must be in new and unused condition. Replacements can not be issued if the item has already been used. Please do not try and "fix" anything that looks damaged yourself. Please contact me so I can assess the issue and figure the best way to correct the problem and prevent it from happening again.
If the mistake was that of the buyer than returns or exchanges will be not be accepted.
What is your processsing/production time?
Current production times can very based on the time of year, product ordered and quantity ordered and can be found in the shop announcement.
Do you offer shipping discounts or combined shipping rates?
I can offer combined shipping rates on 4+ tumblers.
If requesting combined shipping these requests must be made by convo/messaging PRIOR to making the purchase and a custom listing will be set up with the combined shipping. I can not change and/or refund shipping if you do not purchase it through a custom listing.
What if my package does not arrive?
All US shipping includes tracking. If an item shows "delivered" and you do not have it you will have to contact your local Post Office. If you want them replaced you will have to repurchase the item(s) along with shipping.
RETURNED PACKAGES:
If a package is returned to me for any reason I will contact you. If it was returned due to a mistake in the address and it was my fault I will pay for it to be reshipped to you. If it was returned because the wrong shipping address was provided during checkout you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs for it to be resent to you. REFUNDS will not be given a for any personalized item.
What if an item doesn't arrive by the time I need it?
*I can not be responsible for USPS/FEDEX shipping times.
*I can only guarantee ship by dates if promised during a convo.
* I can not guarantee delivery dates.
*I can only give you an estimate based on what USPS and FedEx provides me when I ship.
Please note that the USPS does not consider a package as being lost in transit until it has spent at least 30 days in transit here in the US or 45 days in transit if it was shipped internationally. If you think your package may have gotten lost in transit, please contact your local post office and file a lost package claim. I will not replace items that show that they have been delivered. I am not responsible for items lost or undelivered due to wrong addresses being left during checkout.

All communication needs to be handled through Etsy convo. If you need to make changes to your order, address or advise me of mistakes or damaged items please do not email me directly, send an message through Etsy instead. We get hundreds of emails weekly and they are easily missed. I can track things through Etsy much more efficiently.
